Tutorial on Batteries and Talk: "Metal substitution vs.Metal oxide coating to enhance the performance of NASICON cathodes for Na-ion batteries" / Universidad de Córdoba, Spain
José L. Tirado is currently Professor of Inorganic Chemistry at the University of Córdoba (Spain). He obtained his Ph.D. in Chemistry in 1982, and held a postdoctoral research stay at Cambridge University (UK). He is the Director of the Andalusian research group “Chemistry and Electrochemistry of Inorganic Materials” (FQM288). Since 1992, he has been the Director of different National Spanish projects and the Coordinator of several European projects in the field of Li-ion batteries. He was one of the founders of the European Network of Excellence ALISTORE. He has published more than 300 refereed papers, a book and different book chapters and patents in the field of battery science and technology. He has been responsible led in his University of a Ph.D. Program on Materials and Energy and an international Master on Materials for Energy Storage and Conversion for more than ten years. ORCID
